GREEN SMOOTHIE

basic recipe

1. Dark leafy greens (kale, spinach, chard, mustard greens, collards, arugula, dandelion greens, carrot tops, turnip tops).

 

2. Fresh or frozen fruit (Banana, strawberries, raspberries, mango, blueberries, pineapple, apple, kiwi, grapefruit).

 

3. Water (or almond, soy, hemp, coconut milk or coconut water).

 

4. Blend in a high speed blender.

 

5. Bliss out.
